Certain claimants with large numbers of transactions (50 or more), or certain persons filing multiple claims (broker dealers) may request, or may be requested, to submit information regarding their transactions via electronic files.
These guidelines and templates are designed to explain the procedures and requirements for electronic filing. Utilizing electronic filing is mutually beneficial for both the claimant and administrator. It reduces the time needed for claims processing, decreases research cost, and improves data accuracy.
